Dr. Carolyn I Williams provides training and coaching for online faculty who are ready to take action on their goals to work smarter not harder in providing instruction that transforms their students' lives. Dr. Williams gained knowledge and skills in teaching adults through 20 years of college instruction, faculty development, and corporate training in both face-to-face and online environments. She has helped many instructors design and develop courses using adult learning theories, principles, and best practices. Dr. Williams has a PhD in Postsecondary and Adult Education, a Masters in Instructional Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
